Honestly, this spot has so much potential. It's rustic vibes, location, beach front, set up is phenomenal. If maybe a couple 1000$ was invested into this; it'd literally be perfect. The toilet is completed unaffixed to the floor, the linens all have burn marks in it, there were no linen or sleeping pillows on two of the beds and one bed didn't even even have a fitted sheet. Cockroaches don't bother me be I located one the size of a credit card. An infestation of Ants with zero traps set up or any attempt to prevent it. The ACs are there but don't work. I don't know why - that'd be an easy fix to help the experience. The fridge smelt like rotten fish. The fans that were there have NEVER been cleaned. Honestly, some regular maintenance and effort and this place is a dream. We left after our first of 3 nights and our friends refused to stay. At the price it's rented, it needs to be better. As BNB owners ourselves- we never ever complain but this one didn't make sense for the price.

An excellent option for a weekend with family or friends. The photos match the place. The location is simply perfect, directly facing the sea. There are many options to shop and eat. I would definitely stay there again.

Incredible location, great value for money, so spacious and great spots to host friends and have a BBQ. Emilio and the other guys who helped out were so useful.

While we enjoyed the beach and town surroundings, our stay at this property was unsatisfactory from beginning to end. To start off, we checked in and the caretaker and family wouldn't leave the property well after we were checked in. There was no communication about what was going on, and whether they would stick around much longer, or what they were still doing there to begin with. During our stay, multiple people came inside the property, looking for the caretaker, which made us feel unsafe, and uneasy about leaving our stuff around, or leaving the place unattended if we wanted to explore. This doesn't include one person that we got a heads up about, we're referring about locals exclusively peeping through the cabins looking for Emilio. We lost power multiple times, the water pump stopped working well after the power came back, we couldn't wash dishes, baby bottles, wash off from the beach, nor use the toilets, and eventually had to leave early because of it. Worst experience ever.

Amazing stay right on the beach. Beautiful house with lots of space. Cuidador was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.
