I can not express how unbelievably kind and helpful the host Chris was. The property is better than the photos! Comfortable beds, plenty of space and so clean. He had wonderful recommendations to make our stay even more enjoyable. The welcome party was so great after traveling all day, the catering was delicious and so reasonable. If we make it back to Cabo I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at one of his properties! Chris is the best!!!

We had a great stay! Chris is very responsive and had someone on call to help with any issues or needs. He gave us a lot of local reccomendations too. The house is great, clean, safe, and quiet.

Chris was communicative from the moment we made our booking, and ensured we had everything set for our arrival. Chris had all the recommendations and contacts needed to make our first trip to the area a highly memorable and enjoyable experience. The home was beautiful, and the perfect amount of space for our family. We fell in love with the neighborhood, and our kids enjoyed the playground that was only a short walk away. On-site security was friendly and easy to communicate with on check-in, and made for a safe neighborhood feel. Great spot!

Our three families with small children shared Chris's house for a week. The kids had so much fun in the pool. Highly recommend

Our stay at Casa del Sol was lovely. Beautiful villa in a safe and scenic neighborhood. Chris communicated with us before, during and after our stay, and was attentive to any questions and concerns we had. We utilized his recommendations for restaurants, transportation and sightseeing. We especially appreciated the four king beds. Our familiy of 8 had more than enough room to gather when we wanted, and also spaces for quiet moments. It was an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

The place is beautiful airy, light, super clean. There's a natural flow from the kitchen and living room to the outside patio & relaxing pool area. The villa is in a safe, gated community. Irma is Chris’ phenomenal housekeeper and cook. I highly recommend making arrangements to include her assistance during your stay. I feel compelled to describe the type of character and extra care we received from Chris and his team. They went above and beyond for us. We celebrated Christmas by having all 5 of our adult kids join us at Chris’ property. They came from various parts of the country during the winter storm in the U.S. Our flight was delayed overnight & our 21- year old daughter arrived to Cabo all by herself, alone for 24 hours with no address or access to the property - her iPhone battery had died. Chris & Alan swooped into action and helped get our daughter from the airport to the property AND Alan got her a charger and something to eat! Thanks for making our trip safe and super fun!

THE HOST AND THE OWNER ARE ALWAYS PENDING ON YOU NO MATTER THE TIME THEY ARE HAPPY TO HELP WITH ALL THE QUESTIONS .. THEY ADVISE YOU THE BEST PLACES IT HAS A FOLDER WITH ALL THE INFORMATION OF THE SURROUNDINGS IT SEEMS TO ME A SUPER GOOD IDEA 100% RECOMMENDED...LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING BACK...
