- The swimming pool is shared with other guests and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- An additional charge of $10 USD per night applies to each guest after the ninth guest.
- Visitors are permitted from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a maximum of six visitors.
- The same $10 USD charge per additional person applies from the ninth person onward.
- Free parking is available for one vehicle only. Please provide the vehicle make and license plate numbers before arrival. The maximum vehicle height is 2.30 meters.
- No parties or excessive noise are permitted, particularly between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Excessive noise incurs a $100 USD fine.
- Smoking is permitted only on terraces with the windows closed. Smoking indoors incurs a $200 USD fine.
- Drug use is strictly prohibited.
- Turn off the air conditioning when leaving and keep doors and windows closed while it is operating.
- For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity is not included and is charged at $4 MXN per kilowatt-hour.
- The elevator has a maximum capacity of four guests per trip.
- A crib and high chair are available upon request for $100 MXN per night per item.
- Laundry facilities are available for an additional fee.
- Hanging clothing or towels on balconies or terraces is prohibited. Violations incur a $100 USD fine.
- Only gas or electric barbecues are permitted on penthouse terraces. Charcoal and wood grills are not allowed.
- Pets are not permitted.

The accommodation was great for the three units we had. The connection via stairs from two units was sensational. The proximity to the beach (10 min), Chedraui (3 min, for shopping) and 5th Avenue was great. The stains on the towels and blankets were a shame. Upon request, the cell phone number was provided, and so concerns were resolved super quickly.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb overall. The location was one of the biggest highlights — it’s very central to everything, with plenty of food spots nearby and the beach just a quick 15-minute walk away, which made it super convenient. Check-in was a bit tricky at first, but the host was responsive and helped us figure it out quickly, so it didn’t end up being an issue. Once we got settled, everything went smoothly. The unit itself felt private and comfortable, but it’s worth noting that there are other units close by. Just be mindful of noise levels out of respect for neighboring guests. The host was easy to communicate with throughout the stay, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. Overall, a solid place to stay in a great location.

The listing states you are renting two condos, you aren’t. You are renting three two bedroom units. The internal staircase is locked and the key was ‘not in México’. We travelled with children and had to reconfigure our sleeping arrangements. We encountered several other issues. The elevator was not operational making us walk 4-5 flights up each time. The lights on the fourth and fifth floor stairwells and walkways were also frequently non operational at night. We didn’t receive beach towels until the evening of our third day. Water jugs did not just arrive if you put an empty out, you need to request the water. On our fourth day a strobing security light was left on all night. The Zama Homes concierge was somewhat responsive but made promises that weren’t kept. Some issues were never addressed. The location though, can’t be beat! Close to fifth, a grocery store, the beach!

Very good experience, good location and the host was in constant communication and attentive, even though we lacked details such as water, coffee and tea, when we communicated it, he offered to solve it, very good service, I recommend it and I would definitely request it again

The host and the facilities were excellent, the service and their responses were incredible, very friendly, only the receptionists are different and are rude and unfriendly, but the host and the accommodation, I 💯 would return here again ✨
