Additional Notes

• Electricity is extremely expensive in San Juan. Guests are asked to keep air conditioning off when not at home.
• For monthly rates, electricity is not included and is charged at billed rates. Consumption is recorded three times a week and is available upon request.
• Daily cleaning is available at an additional charge and upon request. This generally includes making beds, washing dishes, garbage disposal, and sweeping.

Guest Access

Guests have access to all resort facilities, including:

• Newly renovated upper pools
• Clubhouse to be remodeled with a restaurant soon

Rules for the Use of the Pool

The purpose of these rules is to ensure a pleasant experience for all users.

1. The mere act of using the pool signifies acceptance of these rules.
2. No running or diving.
3. Minors may only access the pool with continuous adult supervision.
4. Access is strictly forbidden to animals; no animals in the pool.
5. Limit of 8 guests per unit.
6. Any accidents occurring to a guest are their sole responsibility.
7. The swimming pool area is for fun and relaxation. All games must respect the safety of others. The use of music is forbidden.
8. Users must:
   • Rinse under the shower before entering the pool, especially after using creams or returning from the beach.
   • Use swimsuits reserved for swimming only.
   • Not consume drinks in glass containers.
   • Leave the area clean.
9. Users who repeatedly fail to comply with any of these rules may have their access revoked without compensation.
