The Space

Our two-story, two-suite villa is a spacious 1,600 square feet under air conditioning and one of the finest on the property. It features a huge backyard, ideal for cocktails in a shaded hammock, family gatherings, and enjoying nature. The villa is one of only seven luxury units with private parking, and security is just steps away. There are no steep hills to navigate to the beautiful pool, restaurant, and reception.

Additional Notes

• Electricity is expensive in San Juan. We ask guests to keep air conditioning off when not at home. All guests will be charged for their metered electrical usage, paid directly to the resort at $0.35 per kilowatt-hour upon checkout. Responsible use is expected to be approximately $4 per person per day.
• Daily cleaning is available upon request at no charge, generally including making beds, washing dishes, garbage disposal, and sweeping. Deep cleaning fees are $28.75 upon request, which includes changing linens and additional toiletries.
• There is no washer and dryer in the home; however, laundry service is readily available through the resort.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the villa and all resort facilities. Please note that utilities are charged separately at checkout and are not included in the rates. A weekly fee of $35 will be charged for deep cleaning, which includes linens and other details to keep the home beautiful.
