Casa Azul was simply beautiful, as is the surrounding area. It is on a very private and quiet street. The pool is fantastic and our kids really enjoyed it. The house was well furnished and there was AC in each bedroom that worked well. The hosts were responsive. Unfortunately we had an incident where a bad thunderstorm knocked out power for several days and we had to leave early, but the hosts were understanding and accommodating of the situation. We would stay here again.

The place is quiet and with little noise. The pool is a good size for the capacity, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is very complete. However, there were important details. When we arrived on time at 3:00 pm, the cleaning lady was still inside and left in a very rude manner. In addition, the layout does not match the listing: the terrace in the photos on the upper level is now a room and its stairs are outside, which is inconvenient and dangerous with children. There is also no mention of outdoor cameras pointing toward the pool. We had problems with the Internet and the dryer on the first night. The biggest problem was the refrigerator, which didn't cool, so we spent the first night without refrigeration. We were told that the technician would arrive at 9:00 am, but he didn't arrive and they didn't notify us of the delay. I found out about the delay when I wrote to the host. The technician arrived at almost 1:00 pm, so we had the food in a cooler for hours. The host gave us ice.

The house is well furnished, with very nice furniture and atmosphere. It's in good condition overall, with a large patio and a small but nice pool. The ranch is very good, and we were able to see many animals. We had a problem with the refrigerator, but they fixed it, and I think an outside bathroom by the pool is needed.
