Perched above the surrounding homes, the property provides uninterrupted views of the surf breaks at Playa Remanso and Playa Hermosa. Enjoy every sunset from the patio or infinity pool, and when it is time for the beach, access Playa Remanso directly from the bottom of the development.
Access and Parking
- Access to the house requires a four-wheel-drive vehicle.
- The property is located at the top of a very steep dirt road.
- Drivers should be comfortable navigating off-road terrain.
- Private off-site parking is available at the bottom of the hill for guests without four-wheel-drive vehicles or those who prefer to avoid the off-road drive.
- Complimentary transportation between the house and off-site parking is available in the property vehicle from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
- Guests may also walk between the house and the off-site parking area; the journey takes approximately 20 minutes.

Thank you so much for hosting us! We had such a wonderful few days at your property—it was so spotlessly clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. Having a 4x4 vehicle was a fun little adventure and absolutely worth it for the breathtaking scenery. We truly loved unwinding and watching the gorgeous sunsets from the site every afternoon. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Only issues I'd say is if you don't like nature then go to a hotel ,house was everything as described, beautiful location and views ,staff was friendly and helpful host responded asap would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Beautiful house. Amazing views on top of the hill at Playa Remanso. Kitchen was fully stocked and when the blender broke it was quickly replaced. All the linens you would need are provided. Pool was kept clean. We had a great time and would come back again.

Beautiful house, we loved it. The most wonderful thing was the view—waking up every day to that view was the best part. We loved the house; it was spacious and had all the amenities. Thank you to Franklin and Josué for always being so helpful. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this house. We have a great time
