The Space

The villa accommodates up to 14 guests across four air-conditioned bedrooms:
- One primary bedroom with a king bed
- Three bedrooms, each with two queen beds
- A private full bathroom in every bedroom
- One additional half bathroom for the shared living areas
The layout is well suited to families traveling together or groups of friends who want to stay under one roof.

No guest areas are shared with another reservation. Locked owner, supply, and maintenance storage areas are not included in guest access.
The villa is located within a gated residential community. Guests must follow the community’s access requirements and quiet-hour guidelines.
Rates and Additional Guests
The nightly rate includes accommodation for 1 to 8 guests. An additional guest fee applies to each person beyond this number.

Important Information
The pool is private and refreshing but not heated.
As Villa Selvalegre is located in a tropical destination, guests may occasionally see geckos, frogs, ants, or other small wildlife despite regular cleaning and pest-control service. Please keep food and sweet drinks covered.
Only registered overnight guests are permitted. Additional visitors require prior approval, and the maximum occupancy may never be exceeded.
Please keep music and outdoor noise low after 10:00 PM.

Had such an amazing weekend! Thank you Danny, the MVCR Tour team, and Chef Juan for making it such an amazing experience for our group of seven. We were celebrating our friend’s bachelorette trip and she had a grand ol’ time! The house was CLEAN and looked exactly like the pictures. Location was PERFECT, within a good distance of everything in La Fortuna. The neighborhood was so well kept and had security at the gate. Danny responded quickly to all of our questions/concerns! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

We really loved this home! It was beautiful and very spacious. I loved the unique layout of the house and the simple but beautiful decor. Nothing was overdone, but everything just went together perfectly and made the home feel comfortable and relaxing. The location was great too! We were literally about 5 minutes from downtown and pretty much everything we needed. We were also in the pickup zone for all of our excursions, which made things so much easier. The kitchen had all the cooking essentials we needed and even the necessary seasonings, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a beautiful, comfortable home in a very convenient location. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful! The home was very clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the necessities we needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and always available to answer questions. They also went above and beyond by helping us organize and plan our excursions, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful modern home in La Fortuna! The house was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the incredible pool—it was the perfect place to relax after our daily excursions. We weren't able to get a full view of Arenal Volcano due to the clouds but it is possible on the roof deck on a clear day. The location was peaceful while still being close to all the attractions, restaurants, and activities La Fortuna has to offer. The host was friendly and responsive even when we first arrived and had a little trouble finding the house in the dark. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting Costa Rica. We'd love to come back!

Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious, clean, and exactly as described, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. It had everything we needed and was the perfect home base for our Costa Rica trip. One thing we really appreciated was that the home is located in a gated community, which made us feel very safe throughout our stay.
