The Space

Casa Mar is a beautifully appointed condo located in The Paraiso Residences, a modern luxury complex adjacent to Puerto Paraiso Mall. Positioned in the heart of the Cabo San Lucas Marina—known for hosting ultra-luxury yachts and the renowned Bisbee's sport fishing competition—this location offers easy access to a variety of restaurants ranging from casual breakfasts to fine dining, as well as top nightlife venues.

The condo features contemporary decor with well-lit, inviting spaces. The fully equipped kitchen includes:

The spacious living room is designed for both entertaining and relaxation, featuring a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an extra sleeping area.

There are two generously sized bedrooms:

Important Information

• Puerto Paraíso is undergoing light renovations on the second level. Construction work, including removal, demolition, and masonry, will occur between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Occasional quiet cleaning or debris removal may happen at night. Efforts are made to minimize disturbances.
• Pets are not allowed on the property. If you plan to travel with a pet or service dog, please inform us in advance so we can assist with alternative accommodations. Pets arriving without prior notice will not be permitted.
• Lost condo keys incur a replacement fee of $20 USD.
• External vendors are not permitted inside the property to maintain security and comfort. Our concierge can recommend trusted service providers.
• This property is currently for sale. If interested, please contact us for more information about this ongoing business. We may request permission to provide access to potential buyers during your stay, which you may decline.
• If the property sells before your reservation, we will offer a comparable unit in the same building with equivalent amenities and value.
