The Space
This luxury villa in the heart of Manuel Antonio offers four bedrooms and impressive architectural design. It provides two distinct ocean views, allowing you to experience Costa Rica’s vibrant rainforest and coastline.
The open floor plan is equipped with modern amenities, enabling you to fully appreciate the natural beauty of the area while enjoying the comforts of a high-end vacation rental. The villa is conveniently located within walking distance of two beaches: Playa Biesanz and Playa Playitas.
Upon entering, you will find four levels of elegant accommodations featuring unique Bali-inspired decor. The villa includes four master bedrooms, each with ocean views. Three bedrooms have king-size beds, and one has a queen-size bed. All bedrooms feature spacious en-suite bathrooms.
Balconies on every floor provide opportunities to take in the surrounding nature and spot local wildlife such as monkeys and macaws. Common areas include a private pool and deck, a gourmet kitchen, a covered outdoor dining area, and indoor/outdoor living spaces.
The villa offers gated parking for one car, with additional parking available in front of the property. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the dining area. By closing the kitchen windows and leaving the dining room door open, the kitchen can also be air-conditioned.
Additional amenities include WiFi, cable TV, and daily maid service (except Sundays). A local concierge/host is available to assist you before and during your stay with any needs.

Health and Safety Measures
The villa follows guidelines from the World Health Organization and the Costa Rican Ministry of Health regarding sanitation and social distancing:
- Hosts maintain social distancing during guest interactions
- Hand sanitizer gel is available at the front door entrance
- Housekeeping and maintenance staff wear face masks at all times
- The villa is thoroughly disinfected before guest arrival and after departure
- The property is private for your group only, with no shared spaces with other guests
Important Information
- For last-minute bookings within 60 days, maid service is available for an additional $25 per day. Please contact your host to arrange this.
- Laundry facilities are not accessible to guests at the villa.
- A cash deposit between $500 and $1000 (depending on group size) is required at check-in to cover potential damages or missing items.

The place was beautiful. We saw sloths, monkeys, toucans, and more, all from the pool deck. The place was cleaned thoroughly every day, they even did our laundry for us. Rooms were beautiful and all had amazing views. The location was great, short drive do the beach, town, and restaurants. you can also walk but it's a bit hilly and no dedicated sidewalks which is like much of Costa Rica, do not unexpected. overall I highly recommend this place.

This place is nothing short of phenomenal. Everything about it is truly outstanding. We reserved Casa Dos Vistas to celebrate something very special and this house allowed us to do that in total style! My family was astounded by the beauty. Good memories for life. The "two views" in the name of the house is a true statement!! You will have two exceptional views from the main floor. You will also have the Manuel Antonio national park, Playa Espadilla and Playa Beisanz...all within a few min...and they are BEAUTIFUL beaches. Little supermarkets everywhere, so you can easily pick up whatever you forgot to bring. Amazing restaurants all around. The area is very safe and the house itself is very secure. I have rented several Airbnb houses all over Costa Rica (mainly Guanacaste) and this was one of my favorites. Quepos is a much easier & shorter drive from San Jose than Guranacaste (good roads & only 3 hours from San Jose). HIGHLY recommended. Jeff

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom condo! The space was not only beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable, but also perfectly located with breathtaking views of the ocean. Every day felt like a nature documentary come to life—we spotted monkeys, toucans, sloths, macaws, and even a porcupine right from the property! One of our favorite parts was waking up to the sound of monkeys in the trees nearby—such a unique and unforgettable experience! The pool was clean, refreshing, and a perfect place to relax after exploring. Our local host, David, was amazing—he checked in on us several times to make sure everything was perfect and even helped us book an unforgettable ATV tour through the mountains to a stunning waterfall. The beaches nearby were absolutely gorgeous, and we loved how close we were to so many fantastic restaurants. This was the perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and natural beauty. We would return in a heartbeat!

Fernando and David were fantastic. David took care of everything we needed and answered questions immediately. David also arranged a local chef to come in and prepare a dinner for us to enjoy on the deck - highly recommend this as it’s a great way to really appreciate the house and location.

We loved staying here, we were a group with four little ones and it was a great spot to spend the week while exploring the natural wonders that Costa Rica has to offer. The house itself is gorgeous and a short walk to a beautiful baby friendly beach (just be ware that this walk is not stroller friendly). Our host David and Carlos were both extremely responsive and helpful giving us recommendations and booking some activities for us. We used the chefs for a few nights who made us delicious Costa Rican food (chef Freddy and chef Carlos were amazing!) and the cleaning service was so helpful for keeping a house full of little kids clean and sand free. The only thing I would mention for future families is that the balcony (which is beautiful and often times visited by local monkeys) is set into a cliff and requires very watchful eyes to make sure the little ones don’t get too close to the railing. Just something to consider, Overall wonderful stay here and would highly recommend!

The house was easy to find as it's just off the main road. The layout feels more like an apt complex but it worked well for our needs. The view is great and the monkeys kept us on our toes :)
