The Space

Guests have access to the entire property, including private access to the river for swimming.
Walks and hikes in the surrounding area can be arranged, as can excursions through the creeks around the property.

A variety of outdoor activities can be organized. The area is known for white-water rafting and extreme sports, including:

Staff and Additional Information
The property is rented exclusively with staff. Each staff member costs 75,000 COP per day. If more than six guests stay at the house, two staff members will assist.
Payment for each staff member is made directly to the employee at the finca. The staff are trained cooks and help keep the house clean and organized, prepare meals, and arrange activities.

The house is very nice, in an old-fashioned style, with pleasant decor and well-equipped. The pool is clean, the rooms are well-appointed, and the garden is very well maintained. Access is easy and it's close to the rafting boat launch point in Tobia. It's important to clarify that there are four bedrooms. The supposed fifth one is a converted hallway with two single beds, which can affect comfort and privacy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, one day they only helped us prepare breakfast, and they still charged us the full rate. This is not a criticism of those who served us, but rather of the way the service is charged. To avoid surprises, I recommend clarifying in advance what the daily rate includes and whether the charge corresponds to staff availability or to the services actually provided.

Excellent place More beautiful in person than in the photos. The house's decor is spectacular, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the pool area is a dream. My friends and I were warmly welcomed. The people in charge of the house, Doña Carmen and Arnulfo are excellent caretakers, always willing to help and very friendly. If you hire their catering service, you won't regret it. They cook delicious food and adapt to the market you bring. Rafael was also available for any questions about the place.

The access road is unpaved, but the house is as shown in the photos. Carmen and her husband are excellent cooks and very attentive. They were looking after us the whole time.

The place is spectacular. Everything is very nice, comfortable and clean, and the service from Carmenza and Arnold was great. Their food and service were unparalleled. Without a doubt, highly recommended, and we would love to return.

Our experience was just excellent. The facilities exceeded our expectations: impeccable, comfortable, well-maintained spaces designed to provide a peaceful and pleasant stay. We especially want to highlight the kindness, helpfulness and human quality of Mr. Arnulfo and Mrs. Carmen, who were always attentive to every detail and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The natural surroundings are wonderful, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The beauty of the landscape, the tranquility of the place and the pleasant climate made our stay even more special. We definitely recommend this place and hope to have the opportunity to return very soon. A 5 star experience! If you wish, I can adapt it to a more elegant, more intimate, or more emotional tone.

The place is spectacular, exactly as described and as shown in the photos. Carmen and Arnulfo's service is exceptional; they were always attentive to our needs. I always felt at home.
