This was my third time staying at Casa Chula. Unfortunately, this visit was significantly impacted by ongoing construction right next to the house. This was not communicated to us at any point, even though we booked more than six months in advance. The construction workers begin working at 4:00 a.m., including on weekends, which made it very difficult to get any rest. Since the construction site is managed by the same company that manages the house, this is information that should have been disclosed prior to our stay.

We had a great stay at Casa Chula, Brenda was very responsive and the location was walkable to most parts of the town. The house has a lovely backyard, great for families. Connection to Porta Hotel was a definite plus!

Excellent location to visit Antigua Guatemala. The house is very comfortable, as shown in the pictures, and has everything you need.

Great central spot, very comfortable space. Check in and out was managed by a well-known hotel that is somehow affiliated with this airbnb, so it felt like staying in a marvelous hotel suite, but with all the freedom, independence and extra space afforded by an airbnb. Our party of 8 with 4 small kids had a proper blast. Thanks a lot!

We stayed for a weekend, the location is very good and the communication with Brenda. The house is spacious and better than the photos! We want to go back.

Great place with lots of space for a family. The check-in/out process is run by Hotel Antigua and was easy to navigate. The city is beautiful and easy to get to wherever you need while having a private place to yourself.

The location and house are perfect, but it's important to know that one of the rooms is located outside the house and looks like the maid's room. Regarding the other rooms, they were all fine.
