Villa Ohana is a brand-new retreat designed as a warm and comfortable gathering place for families and friends.
Located within a private, gated community, the villa provides access to two of Tamarindo’s most beautiful beaches: Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. The property is just minutes from the town’s best surf spot for children, as well as several excellent beach clubs and restaurants.
Due to construction that has begun on the neighboring lot, the daily rate has been reduced from $1,250 to $900.
The Space
This private four-bedroom villa comfortably accommodates families or groups of friends in a safe and peaceful setting.
- Two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed
- Two guest bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed
- Four bathrooms
- Air mattress available upon request for additional children
- Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom
- Wi-Fi throughout the house
- A 60-inch television with soundbar in the living room
- Smart lighting system with easy scene settings
- Safes in each of the three adult bedrooms
- Keypad access throughout the house and gates; no keys required
Housekeeping and Management
To help make your stay comfortable and memorable, daily housekeeping is provided.
Property Manager Maria S. will be available during your stay to assist with any issues that may arise.
Cleaning service is included for weekly stays and is provided twice per week.

- Check-in and check-out assistance
- A fully stocked refrigerator upon arrival, available upon request
- Assistance renting golf carts for getting around town
- Car rental assistance for visiting other beaches
Optional Services
A private chef is available to prepare lunch and dinner with advance reservation. Please request a quote; the cost of food is not included.

Fantastic home in a great location. Fully stocked kitchen. Would stay again. Only less than ideal piece was the communication w host, possibly a language barrier. Would suggest outlining expectations on timing for cleanings and checkout.

We had a great stay. Plenty of room for our group of 3 couples. Great location and Maria was very responsive to our questions and proactive in regards to various logistics

Maria and Greta really did us solid by making sure everything was clear and whenever we needed something they were responsive. The property clean and pristine, is perfectly situated just out of the town with a short walk to a path leading to the beach. We had a beautiful time there.

The villa was beautiful, Maria was excellent. Always responsive, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Would absolutely stay again! We rented golf carts which made it easy to get to town.

We had a great stay over the holidays. Maria helped us arrange airport transportation, restaurant recommendations/reservations, and even a private chef to cook for our family and friends. We loved the location. Far enough away from town to provide quiet nights, but just a 5 minute golf cart ride away. We enjoyed surfing and beautiful sunsets. We would definitely stay here again!
