No words!! We had the best time! The grounds of this place is flat out amazing! We enjoyed the pool, the outdoor beds, the sounds of nature! It’s soooo close to the beach and it was super easy to walk to town. I highly recommend booking a golf cart and you can tour and see everything you want to see and experience without a car. We used a driver service to bring us to the house and it worked PERFECTLY. This was an A+++ accommodation and having Francisco on the property to help us was such a huge asset. Stay here for sure if you want to visit the lovely town of Potrero. I was here for 2 weeks and I cried when I left!

Stayed here with my mother and sister for a couple of days, we were sad when we had to check out. Definitely didn’t want to leave. There’s lots to do around the area and I recommend to go to the market that’s near the complex as the Merkado can be expensive.

The most beautiful thing is the bedroom that overlooks in the garden. You leave windows open and go to sleep with the sound of waves and wake up with the sound of birds. The beach is super close and was one of the best in the area. Only downside was that the pool area was pretty dirty and we did not use it at all. But we didn’t care much as the balcony and the beach compensate us for that

Wonderful property very close to the beach. The gardens are extraordinary and you feel like you're in a private jungle. The caretakers are wonderful and were very responsive to a few minor issues.

Really enjoyed our stay at Stef Surf. Two bedrooms great for two couples. We were a family of five- my sister slept on the bunk bed in the master bedroom with my parents. I would say overall the pictures match the actual accommodation, although the pictures make the exterior appear more private than in actuality. Stef surf is an apartment complex with shared outdoor amenities. It felt very private and there is 24-hr security for the building. Amenities were great- everything worked well. Very close to the beach in Potrero. Definitely need a car/scooter if you want to go elsewhere in Guanacaste. Overall great stay. Would recommend if you want a nice quiet space, close to a beach.

Stef Surf was the perfect beach hideaway for our family of 4. Fernando was the best and so responsive. Super close to the beach and walkable to many great fruit stands, coffee, cafes and a really good taco stand. Potero also is a great location close to Playa Flamingo Marina and other beach towns.
