Guests have access to the private suite and selected shared outdoor areas of La Zambrana, including:

• A 12 × 6-meter swimming pool
• Palapa
• Barbecue area
• Tropical garden
• 150-square-meter terrace
• Views of the sea, canal, garden, and pool

The outdoor spaces are well suited for relaxing, reading, enjoying coffee, taking in the breeze, or spending quiet time by the pool. There is plenty of room to enjoy a calm and comfortable stay in Corozal.

La Zambrana is a private home, not a hotel. Access is limited to the areas included in the reservation. Only registered guests may enter the property, and visitors or additional guests require prior written approval.

During Your Stay

We enjoy meeting our guests and are happy to share local tips, answer questions, and help make you feel welcome. Many guests have returned several times because they appreciated the friendly, personal atmosphere.

We also place great importance on privacy. Guests are free to enjoy their stay at their own pace without unnecessary interruptions. We live on the property and are available throughout the day if assistance is needed.

Depending on the circumstances and length of stay, access to additional areas or services may be available, including:

La Zambrana is a private family home, not a hotel. Guests are asked to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the property.

• Only guests included in the reservation may enter.

• Parties, loud music, and disruptive behavior are not allowed.
• Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool, terrace, garden, and other outdoor areas.
• The pool, barbecue area, terrace, palapa, and garden are shared outdoor spaces and should be used with care and respect.
• A minimum stay of 2 nights applies.
