The house is located in a residential neighborhood with nearby neighbors. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted. Please keep music and noise at a respectful level, particularly during the evening and early morning.

The house has a full backup generator and a water reserve tank to help maintain essential services during temporary interruptions.

Security Cameras

Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas and access points for added security. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

Starter Supplies

Starter quantities of basic toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent are provided. Starter supplies are not replenished during the stay.

Cooking Ingredients

The kitchen includes cookware, dinnerware, and essential appliances. Food and cooking ingredients, including salt, pepper, and cooking oil, are not provided.

Barbecue

A charcoal barbecue is available for guest use. Charcoal and fire-starting supplies are not provided, so guests who wish to use the barbecue must purchase their own supplies.

1. Is early check-in available?

Early check-in is available whenever possible.

If no guests are checking out on the day of your arrival, complimentary early check-in may be available. Availability can usually be confirmed one day before arrival and depends on the previous reservation and cleaning schedule.

2. Is late check-out available?

The standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Late check-out until 12:00 PM may be available for $150, depending on availability. Please request it in advance so it can be coordinated with the cleaning team.

Departures after 12:00 PM require booking an additional night.

3. Are outside visitors allowed?

Yes, outside visitors are welcome.

Only registered guests may stay overnight, and the maximum overnight occupancy cannot exceed 17 guests. All guests and visitors must follow the house rules and respect noise levels. The reservation holder is responsible for any damage caused by visitors.

4. Are parties or events allowed?

No. Parties and events are not permitted.

Because the house is located in a residential neighborhood, guests must keep music and noise at a respectful level, especially at night.

Supermarkets, restaurants, shopping centers, pharmacies, and other everyday conveniences are nearby.

6. Is parking available?

Yes. Private parking for up to 3 cars is available at the house. Additional street parking may also be available nearby.

7. Is cleaning available during the stay?

Yes. Additional cleaning can be arranged during your stay.

• $70 per day when booking 3 or more cleaning days

Please request cleaning in advance so it can be coordinated with the cleaning team.

8. Is luggage storage available?

There is no dedicated luggage storage area at the property.

Tocumen International Airport is approximately 20–40 minutes away, depending on traffic.
