My family and I had a wonderful stay! I sis wa helpful, responsive and quite friendly. She even waited for us to get in to show us how to operate the locks. The place is walking distance to a mall with a supermarket and a breakfast spot is at the end of the street. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend this place to anyone visiting Medellin.

I stayed here a couple times and it’s always enjoyable. What I think makes the real difference and even keeps me from looking around at other places is the staff here. We had an excellent stay and would definitely book this Airbnb again. The apartment was spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described. We also really appreciated the property's safety protocols, which made us feel more secure than Fort Knox throughout our stay. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet, while still being in a great location with easy access to everything we needed. Maria was an outstanding host. She was incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions promptly, and kindly allowed us to store our luggage after check-out, which made our travel day much easier. The only constructive feedback we have is regarding the check-in and check-out times. The check-in felt a bit late, and the check-out was quite early. It would be wonderful if future guests could check in a little earlier and have the option of checking out an hour later, as it would make the overall experience even more convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this Airbnb.

Urban Elegance is a gorgeous modern space with everything you need to feel comfortable. It's in a great area, adjacent to a mall with grocery, shopping, and other local shops. After you book and register, entry and exit to the facility is a breeze! I would certainly book here again!!!

location is great, its on a side street, feels private but walking distance to many restaurants and shops,. Very clean and ample space. The jacuzzi its on a separate floor but private definitely a Plus to unwind after a long day. Would definitely book again.
