The Space
This two-story condo features a newly renovated kitchen completed in July 2024. The ground floor includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, a half bathroom, and a washer/dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo and both common pool areas. The unit is self-contained except for a locked storage space. Check-in and check-out can be arranged outside regular hours, though early check-in before 12 PM may incur an additional fee and is subject to availability.
Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels down after 10 PM.
Other Information
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests; additional guests are not permitted
- The Guanacaste Province in Costa Rica can experience drought and water shortages, particularly from March to May. This unit is equipped with a water storage tank, which generally prevents issues with low water pressure or temporary shut-offs common in Tamarindo.
- No refunds will be issued for water shortages beyond the host’s control.

We booked the same day we wanted to spend the night there due to a change of plans, and the hosts responded very quickly. The place was great, clean, and cozy. There are two double beds, and if there are more of you, there is a sofa bed.

A quiet, safe, very clean and organized place. The hosts respond very quickly, and it's close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The only thing is that the page indicates that there is parking on the premises, but the parking is on the street.

Cool place within walking distance to beach or to town amenities. A bit rustic (ill-fitting front door, and it is obviously an older building). It was well lit at night and there was a friendly security guard, so it felt very safe, but we wished there were black-out curtains due to that all-night out door lighting. All in all, a good value and super nice hosts.

Great little condo which was close to the beach and town. Tons of nearby restaurants and activities. The place it self was clean and as described in the listing. Air conditioning worked great! The pool was an added benefit and great way to relax after the beach. Overall, highly recommend this place. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful for recommendations.

We stayed here for one night since we were flying out of Liberia Airport the next day, and it was perfect for our needs. The place was exactly as pictured. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathrooms were especially spacious, which was a nice surprise. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee and drinks in the fridge! Such a thoughtful and welcoming touch! The beach towels and chairs were also a great addition, and we loved using them to enjoy the sunset at the beach. We would definitely stay here again and would love to return for a longer stay next time. Highly recommend!
