The Space
This comfortable two-bedroom villa is situated in the heart of Santa Teresa Town, nestled uphill within the gated community of Paradise Hills. Surrounded by the peaceful mountain atmosphere, the villa offers a perfect setting for a relaxing vacation in Costa Rica.
Casa La Colina accommodates up to four guests. It features a terrace where you can enjoy stunning ocean views or unwind with a drink by the private swimming pool.
The villa is just a 5-minute walk (approximately 1 km) from the beautiful white sand beach, popular surfing spots, shops, and restaurants.

Location and Transportation
A 4x4 vehicle is required to reach the villa from Santa Teresa and to explore the surrounding area. There is a 24-hour guard stationed at Santa Teresa’s entrance for added security.
During the dry season, there is an alternative back entrance behind the mountain accessible by a regular car (not 4WD). This route provides a shorter drive to the villa from Cobano but takes longer to reach the town. Access through this entrance is restricted until 9 pm. Many guests choose to use both entrances for convenience.

Perfect place for privacy. Air conditioning throughout the apartment and a grill on the terrace next to the pool. The entire unit was clean, including the pool, grill, and interior. 100% recommended.

A beautiful place with a great view. Clean and far from the noise of downtown. Quite a complete kitchen, bedrooms, grill, and terrace. However, due to the noise from the street, you can hear cars and ATVs going up and down from the terrace. We had a problem with the pool, which they resolved for us within a few hours. Otherwise, the house is comfortable, with excellent internet, and it's comfortable and spacious. The entrance requires a 4x4, but the street is pretty good. Excellent service from the host. I recommend it.

A very nice house with a spectacular view, with everything you need to spend a weekend away, if necessary a 4x4 vehicle as indicated in the ad for some parts of the road, the house is highly recommended and Nahime was super nice to us! He helped us with early access to make the most of the house, in short, 100% recommended!

Definitely one of the best places I've ever stayed at. The manager's service and follow-up were amazing. The space is beautiful, very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is perfect and the communication with the host was great. I felt so good and so comfortable that I can't wait to go back. The house is just as shown in the photos: impeccable, well kept and in excellent condition. It has an amazing view that really adds to the experience, and is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and tidy, and it's clear that the cleaning service helps keep it that way. Communication was very easy and always friendly; they responded quickly every time we had a question. A very pleasant experience in every respect.
