Great apartment for a large group with convenient rooftop amenities. Checkin experience relies on the support of a hotel across the street which also makes the experience more positive. Only downside is the square it located next to which is neither clean nor friendly to foreigners, especially at night.

Inside the apartment was really nice just as described. The hosts were responsive when I had questions. The neighborhood is still being developed on one side but wasn’t terrible overall. Second time in Panama and I would stay here again if I was to come back

Place was great everything you needed was walking distance away from restaurants to bars and the night life was amazing.

The area is dangerous and the pool is like a pond. The house has no ventilation and smells a lot when closed. I didn't like it at all because of the high price we paid. There are other, much better options

We enjoyed our stay here! It was very spacious- great AC and right next to Casco. The Airbnb is in Santa Ana Plaza, we felt safe and comfortable. The only thing guests should know is that they will only give you one key. This is tough when traveling with a large group, as you need a key to both enter AND leave the apartment.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with easy checkin/out. We got dirty towels (red stains and brown, coffee-like stains) and no hot water in the showers upstairs. Host was quick to respond on these 2 issues and arranged for new towels and maintenance for hot water. Hot water runs out so 2/6 people always had a cold shower. The location of the apartment is misleading - name is ‘casco viejo’ but it is actually located in Santa ana which felt uncomfortable at times, we are not locals from Panama so we didn’t know any better. Communication is confusing - I was told we can have late checkout if we want so I asked the host to leave at 12pm instead of 11am. Then I was told late checkout is not possible. Then, host said I can check out late at 11am for 135 USD. I said the booking information says checkout is at 11am anyway. Host said normal checkout at 10, late at 11 with extra charge. Then, host said 11am normal checkout is fine. Early check in/bag drop fee. Dirty plates/pans and washing machine
