Our stay was excellent. The location is ideal, on a quiet and private street but close enough to walk to downtown Antigua and enjoy restaurants, cafes and stores where you can find anything you need. The house is fully equipped and each of its spaces is comfortable, cozy and perfect to enjoy as a family. The terrace deserves a special mention, as it has a spectacular view and is an ideal place to relax. It also has a small swimming pool, but it's perfect for cooling off and enjoying yourself after a day of exploring Antigua. Having Doña Julia made the experience even better. She was always attentive to us, very nice, and very helpful throughout the stay. We would definitely stay here again. I recommend this property 100%.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for a group of friends visiting Antigua for a wedding. Lots of space, great location, and great value. Julia was the highlight of our stay - asking if we needed anything, offering to cook meals for us, and kept the bnb tidy when we’d leave for the day. The rooftop views from the house were also stunning and we loved lounging up there after a day of exploring. I would definitely love to stay here again if we visit in the future!

This place was great for our group! All the bedrooms are terrific, spotlessly clean, amazing service from the live-in host Julia (including cooking meals), beautiful views from the upper deck, a terrific garden, and a thoroughly enjoyable living room/dining room space - with evenings spent around the cozy fireplace, with a roaring fire burning. The only slight downside was getting the hot water operating correctly on one of the days. Julia and her helper does not speak English, but our son is bilingual and communicated effectively with her. When he was not there, we needed to use the phone translation system.

We absolutely loved our time in Antigua. The house is magical. It’s very large and extremely comfortable. I want to go back and stay there for an entire summer. The best part of the stay was Julia, who cooked glorious meals for us and was just a wonderful host. She did the job of many with grace and kindness. She is a real treasure. The only challenge was contacting our host, Tin. We reached out a few times and never heard back before our arrival. Other than that it was perfection.

This was one of the most beautiful and unique Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. It was perfect for the group we had. The house keeper Julia was absolutely amazing and so helpful. The rooftop patio had an amazing view of the volcano. It truly made our experience that much more wonderful. If I ever find myself back in Antigua I would absolutely stay here again.

A simply amazing place. From the moment we arrived, we felt embraced by the energy of the space. Julia, who welcomed us, was wonderful: attentive, approachable, and always ready to help us. She prepared breakfast for us with her delicious Guatemalan seasoning, which was a real treat every morning. The details of the place make all the difference and turn the stay into an experience that stays in your heart. We would definitely come back.

Absolutely sublime and very nicely decorated house. Very well located accommodation, you can easily reach the center of Antigua on foot. Julia is very kind, discreet and willing to help us. We had a lovely stay with the family and highly recommend this place.

Casa de Las Fuentes is truly a hidden gem in Antigua Guatemala. From the moment we arrived, it exceeded every expectation and somehow, it’s even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The property is stunning, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail felt intentional, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. Doña Julia is an absolute treasure. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and always available if you need anything. Her warmth and care made the experience feel even more special and welcoming. This home is ideal for a group visiting Antigua spacious, comfortable, and perfectly set up to enjoy time together while still having privacy. We would absolutely love to come back and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend.
