Beautiful place to stay!! If you love nature, this is the place. We saw monkeys, a black iguana and lots of birds without even leaving the room! The amenities are just right if you are going to cook some of your meals. There are hammocks for relaxing, and a small business next door, so you don't need to go to town to get something cold to drink. There is a bus stop literally outside, so everything was very convenient. Plus: Raw Botanicals cleaning products, the most delicious in Costa Rica. My hair smelled like banana and I loved it! Definitely the best place in Costa Rica (sorry, other Airbnbs)

It was a very nice, comfortable place, well maintained and with all the essentials for cooking. We saw a whole show of little monkeys from our balcony! Spectacular! Our host was absolutely lovely, available, and helpful! The only negative point is the location… It's practically impossible to walk on the surrounding streets, as there are no sidewalks or shoulders. But otherwise, I would recommend staying at this hotel without hesitation! Thank you!

Vernita, the host, was very friendly and easy to reach. The laundry service was awesome. And everything else was also very good, of course. Recommended at any time.

We stayed in Tico Tico and it was amazing! We stayed in villa number 10, the kitchen was very well equipped, everything was very clean. Vernita's service was really amazing and very friendly. We would definitely stay in the Tico penthouse again. Wonderful place.

The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, from cookware, to shampoos, to a generous supply of the most luxurious towels. We appreciated small details like having 2 ice trays, insect repellant, lots of lighting, 2 ceiling fans, a kitchen island and lots table top space. The bus stop right out front took a lot of stress off trying to find and pay for parking, so quick, easy and cheap! But it was Vernita that made our stay so fabulous. She offered great recommendations with local tips, gave us a little bus money and even helped us buy our tickets to Manuel Antonio Park. She was always around to answer our questions and always had a big smile. We travel with earplugs so it didn't really bother us but it is worth noting that road traffic could be loud at times, but all the hotels are along this same road and would hear the same traffic. Happy we stayed here!
