Casa Rosada

Place was great and clean. Danny was a huge help. The pool and yard were perfect.

Staying at Casa Rosada (and Casa Naranja) is a no-brainer; it not only matches but exceeds photos and description, it's very beautiful and peaceful -you really do relax, you feel safe, it's a short walk (or even shorter drive) to the outstanding Playa Jiquelite, and you are also very near the new Costanera road. Regarding the latter, I was able to drive to San Juan del Sur in about 45 minutes. And on a previous visit to the area, I was able to drive to El Astillero in about 10 minutes. There are a many beaches you can now access quickly using this road. Other than Playa Jiquelite, I also recommend Playa Gigante and Playa Guasacate. It is also worth mentioning that this new road is connected to multiple other roads that provide quick access to the Costanera, e.g. Ochomogo to Las Salinas road (ideal if you're coming from Managua), Rivas city to Tola road or Peñas Blancas-La Virgen-San Juan del Sur. Jason's place offers outstanding value. I will definitely come back in the future.

Casa Rosada was amazing and exactly what my wife and I were looking for in a perfect Nicaraguan getaway. Highlight of the property was the pool during the middle of the day, but there was so much more beauty in the property with all the birds and fruit plants in the garden. Location was perfect for surfing early mornings at either Santana or Popoyo or attending yoga classes down at 99 surf lodge and all along the roads were food places and fruit stands to enjoy. Overall it's been one of our favorite vacations we have ever been on. We had a small car but you could easily walk to the beach from the casa if you enjoy nice morning or afternoon strolls down to the beach or through the neighborhood streets. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing private getaway tucked off the main road.

This place radiates incredible vibes from the moment you arrive! The pool area is absolutely perfect – so inviting and relaxing, it draws you in and makes it hard to ever leave. Fresh fruit trees everywhere add that authentic tropical touch, and the stunning second-floor palapa is a highlight, offering breathtaking views and the ultimate spot to unwind. It's truly a slice of heaven on earth. Can't wait to return – highly recommend for anyone seeking a dreamy escape!

I loved that place. Stayed there for 2 weeks and was supposed to stay only for 1. Definetly a nice place to stay if you want privacy ! Daniel is awesome as well ! Loved him !

Jason's place was perfect! A friend and I were looking for a peaceful and quiet weekend and this couldn't have been better. Jasons place was close enough to all the amenities but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility. His house was well stocked with whatever one would need and he was always communicative and responsive. Danny greeted us to let us in and he was friendly and available if needed. I would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends. Thanks for a perfect little get away!!

This spot is awesome! Great for a few friends who have transportation to get around town and to the beach. Santana only a 5 min drive! We loved the upstairs deck too.
