Quinta La Esperanza de Juan is a spacious lakefront vacation home in San Jorge, Rivas. It accommodates up to 14 guests and is well suited for families, groups of friends, and retreats.

Located just 200 meters from the Ometepe ferry dock, the home is also 25 minutes from San Juan del Sur and 35–40 minutes from Tola’s surf beaches, including Popoyo and Playa Santana. The property offers comfort, privacy, and convenient access to Lake Nicaragua, Ometepe Island, and southern Nicaragua’s top destinations.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay, including:

• The main house, with all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, dining room, and kitchen
• The private swimming pool in the garden
• All outdoor spaces, including the terraces, garden, and parking area
• The gated entrance with electric access control

The house is entirely private for guests, with no shared spaces.

Security Cameras

For guest safety and property protection, security cameras are installed in specific areas:

1. Main entrance
2. Garage entrance
3. Area facing the garage
4. Pool area
5. Exterior terrace
6. Kitchen area
7. Additional terrace area
8. Area facing the main street

All cameras are active during the stay. At check-in, guests may request that they be turned off for complete privacy. This process is explained in the house manual and by the assistant, who personally welcomes each guest.

Important Notes

• The house does not have a backup generator. Power outages in the area are rare and generally brief.
• A washer and dryer are not provided as part of the property’s eco-friendly practices.
• Laundry service is available through the on-site assistant. Guests may request assistance at check-in or by message.
