The Space
Enjoy a private oceanfront stay in Buenavista, B.C.S., where the beach is part of the experience. Located approximately 1 mile from Los Barriles, this exclusive property includes a main house and three independent villas, accommodating up to 16 guests.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including the pool, jacuzzis, and kayaks.
The accommodation is designed for a relaxing, private, and sociable beachfront experience. Music may be played outdoors during the day at a moderate volume, provided guests remain respectful of the surroundings and neighbors.
Main House
The three-level main house includes:
- Master bedroom with a king-size bed, 60-inch television, private full bathroom, and ocean view
- Second bedroom with a king-size bed and private full bathroom
- Third bedroom with two full-size beds and a full bathroom shared with the living area
- Living room with a 70-inch television and Fire TV
- Balcony with spectacular ocean views
- Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, and utensils
- Dining area
- Main living area
- Half-bathroom
- Patio terrace with a Jacuzzi and ocean view
Independent Villas
Located at the rear of the property beside the sea, the three independent villas each include:
- Full kitchen
- Dining area
- Living room
- 49-inch television with Fire TV
- Full bathroom
- Bedroom with two beds
This area also includes a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are available at no additional cost for guests to enjoy the beach and surrounding area.
Important Notes
- The dishwasher is currently out of order.
- The washing machines are reserved exclusively for laundering the property's sheets, linens, and towels.
- Air conditioning must be used with all doors and windows closed. Please turn it off when leaving the room or house to avoid unnecessary energy consumption and protect the equipment.
- Jacuzzi use is permitted until 10:00 PM.
Support Staff
A couple responsible for general maintenance lives on the property. They are available to assist when needed and handle matters related to the house's operation while respecting guests' privacy.
The property staff has Sundays off.

The property is situated in a peaceful oceanfront area of Buenavista, B.C.S., overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Its setting offers privacy, relaxation, and easy access to nature.
- Los Barriles: approximately 8 kilometers away, or about an 8-minute drive
- Los Cabos International Airport (SJD): approximately 90 kilometers away, or an estimated 55-minute drive
Buenavista provides a tranquil setting while remaining conveniently close to Los Barriles, where guests can find restaurants, shops, supermarkets, services, and a variety of activities.
Reservation Information
To calculate the cost of your stay accurately, please include the total number of guests in your reservation. Any accompanying service staff must also be included in the total guest count.
If you plan to receive visitors during your stay, advance notice is required. Please provide the date, number of visitors, and expected time. Visitors are subject to an additional fee.
Property Rules
Jacuzzis
The property has two jacuzzis. For operational and energy-consumption reasons, only one may be used at a time, and the jacuzzis are not kept on throughout the day. They are scheduled to be turned on once in the morning and once in the evening or at night.
Please request that the Jacuzzi be turned on at least 30 minutes in advance.
Music
After 10:00 PM, music is permitted only at a moderate volume inside the house. Outdoor music is not allowed after this time. Failure to comply may result in a penalty.
Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted only in the property's outdoor areas.
Pool Safety
For safety reasons, plastic cups and containers are strongly recommended in the pool area. Guests use the pool and aquatic facilities at their own risk.
Children and adolescents must be supervised at all times to help prevent accidents. Their safety should remain a priority.
Maintenance
The pool and jacuzzis are cleaned and maintained on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Sundays
Property staff are off on Sundays. If you need to use the Jacuzzi or require assistance with the property, please make your request to the person in charge before their shift ends.

Amazing place! it is right on the beach, very comfortable for a big group, has a some amenities to take to the beach, peaceful, quiet. The kitchen in the main house as all you need to cook, but you can also go to Los Barriles if needed. Antonio is right there in the property for any assistance.

The property matches the photos and description. It's a bit old now, but it's well maintained. It's quite large, with many comfortable and well-equipped spaces for several guests. It is by the ocean, although you do need to go down a steep ramp to access the beach and some parts of the property. The support staff took care of any issues that arose during the stay. They are almost exact about the check-out time. Ten minutes before, they were already asking us to leave as soon as possible.

Wonderful location. We were a family of 10. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool and beach. The house is nice with plenty of room for large groups. It was not as clean as it should be and there are stairs and a steep sidewalk that takes you down below to the pool and beach. We had to drive around to get to the beach due to the steep sidewalk. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Buenavista has an incredible ocean, and the house is oceanfront. The facilities must have been very good a few years ago; now, I think they need some maintenance and some of the furniture needs to be updated, but we had a very enjoyable family weekend. I would only advise people with back or hip problems not to consider it as an option, because the main house is high up and the access ramp is somewhat steep.
