The Space

The condominium is located within Indura. Check-in takes place at the front desk, followed by a short walk to the condominium.

This listing includes the entire first floor, with both sections connected by the deck:

• The first section includes:
  • One bedroom with a king-size bed
  • A kitchen area
  • One bathroom
• The second section includes:
  • Two queen-size beds
  • One private bathroom

The spacious common areas are ideal for spending time with loved ones. Relax in the comfortable living room, gather in the dining area, or enjoy the outdoor space together.

Resort Fee and Optional Cleaning

Please note the following details regarding services provided by Indura:

1. Indura does not provide additional towel changes beyond the towels supplied at check-in, nor does it offer daily cleaning during your stay unless you arrange and pay for this service directly with the hotel.
2. A mandatory resort fee must be paid directly to Indura at reception. This fee is not included in the accommodation price because it is charged by the resort, not by the host.
3. The resort fee provides access to:
   • The gym
   • The tennis court
   • The children’s play area
   • The resort’s main large pool

The resort fee is $29 per adult per night and $19 per child per night. Guests also have access to the semi-private pool shown in the listing photos.
