Casa Rosada is a house located on the beautiful beaches of Nicaragua. It consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, featuring a pool that combines indoor and outdoor living. The views from Casa Rosada are impressive.

Guests can access all beaches and private trails, as well as enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurants in Rancho Santana. The property features:

In case of a power cut, there is an energy backup system. Casa Rosada offers cleaning service and daily gardening if required. Additional services include:

• Massage therapy

The use of high or 4x4 vehicles is recommended. Car rentals are available on-site, and the reservation team can assist with this process once you have booked your accommodation.

Other Things to Note

1. Breakfast is not included in the booking price.
2. Guests can bring their own food and prepare lunch and dinner in Casa Rosada's kitchen.
3. A cook service can be hired if desired.
4. Access to three a la carte restaurants is available.
5. Upon arrival, guests will receive the keys and a tour of the property.
6. On the day of departure, guests can contact us if they wish to travel earlier than planned and conduct a property review.
7. Our staff must check the property prior to departure at least 30 minutes before.
8. We encourage guests to enjoy their stay and help us take care of the items that are part of Casa Rosada.
