The Space
This 3,100 square foot villa features two master suites, each with walk-in closets and private bathrooms. One of the master suites offers ocean views and has direct access to the patio and pool area.
In addition, there are two guest bedrooms that share a full bathroom. Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 each contain one queen-size bed and one single bed.
The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop oven. A half bathroom, along with a washing machine and dryer, is conveniently located just off the home's entryway.
The living and dining areas have an open layout that flows seamlessly to a covered patio and the pool, creating an inviting space for relaxation and entertainment.
Location and Activities
Take your family on an exciting trip to Manuel Antonio National Park or Carara National Park. Near the entrance to Carara National Park is Crocodile Bridge, where you can observe large crocodiles basking in the sun.
Outdoor activities available nearby include horseback riding, parasailing, zip lining over the jungle, and ATV rentals. Alternatively, you can stay at the villa and enjoy a barbecue.
For added relaxation, you can schedule a massage while listening to the soothing sounds of the Pacific Ocean. Assistance is available to arrange tours or even hire a private chef to prepare meals for you. The possibilities for your stay are extensive.

It couldn't have gone better for us! Excellent house and pool, and the beach is just a few steps away. When traveling in a group that includes senior citizens, it's a plus to be able to take them to see the ocean just by crossing the street, look after them on the beach, and, if they want to rest, simply return to the house. Super comfortable and with excellent finishes, huge master bedrooms, and comfortable secondary bedrooms. No issues with the bathrooms. There were enough of them, and they were of excellent quality, with outstanding attention to detail. Secure garage and very well-maintained grounds. The entire kitchen and grill area is just what you need to have a great time. Spacious and with all the thoughtful touches, with excellent appliances and fixtures. Lastly, the huge dining room and living room allow for unique group bonding. The soundproofing of the windows is noteworthy, allowing you to enjoy the interior of the house without disturbing the routine of others. I want to thank Askel, who as a host really makes a difference. WE'LL BE BACK! Thank you.

Excellent experience. The beach house was impeccably clean, very well equipped and with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The property is very nice, well maintained, and perfect for spending a few days relaxing. We would definitely come back and recommend it 100%.

This house is perfect for families, especially those with children. Spacious, with air conditioning throughout the house and many beds, cribs and a baby feeding chair, as well as 3 ½ bathrooms. The house was super clean and the green area outside was amazing, with a freshly mowed lawn and a perfect pool. Plus, it has the sea in front. We will definitely come back.

This house is beautiful, in a great location, and the property manager was an excellent host. Overall we had a great stay. The one thing I have to note is the AC units and lack of window screens, which is why I couldn’t give it 5 stars. The AC units are on motion sensors and shut off after a few minutes without movement, which made the house constantly hot, especially at night. The flashing sensors also made it hard to sleep. We had a power outage from 8pm to 2am, which wasn’t anyone’s fault, but the house was already dangerously hot because the AC had been shutting off all day and night. With no power for fans and no screens to open windows for airflow, the heat became unbearable and felt like torture… If the AC ran normally or even just if the windows had screens in them, it would have made a HUGE difference. Overall, it’s a very lovely property, but improving the AC setup and ventilation would make a huge difference and really improve guest comfort.

Our family had a wonderful time at David’s place. The location is perfect for surfing and for shopping in town. Communication could not have been better. Our every question was answered within minutes. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts and a better place to stay for the week!

Our group of 7 had an amazing stay . The location is amazing with beautiful ocean views great for long sandy beach walks . The house is spacious and the pool is so nice it has everything you need . David and Askel are quick to respond and Askel was so great organizing our transportation as well as accommodating an early check in due to a very early flight arrival.We fell in love with the kitty that would hang out with us . Hope to come back one day , it was so hard to leave .
