Gated community Private, Safe & peaceful. Amenities as listed. Chris is quick to respond to queries and great host. Note: No Laundry, A/C in bedrooms only - fans keep the other areas cool.

This place is amaizing, clearly like the picture, what stood out to me apart from the gorgeous place was the host himself, he is very responsive and accomodating, super friendly and was able to provide a great suggestion on everything from restaurants to excursions The place is beautiful and secluded within a gated community, the place was well equipped and the pool was the highlight of the stay, great to use in the morning or after a afternoon hike. Chris even gets the pool cleaned professional during your stay Chris went above and beyond to help make this trip a blast and the location is near the beach and a short ride into jaco Thank you again Chris for making this a great trip !

Staying at Christopher’s place was great! The location was very safe/private & beautiful! He was very responsive & helpful with finding the home. In a gated community, the guards were very friendly as well. We would be happy to come back here!

My wife and I had a great time here on our honeymoon! Lovely house that feels secluded and safe. Chris was a great host and was very responsive with all of our questions. For sure recommend for anyone staying in playa hermosa/jaco.

An absolute gem in Costa Rica. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property and the hospitality of our host. Every detail was intentional — stunning surroundings, immaculate accommodations, and an atmosphere that felt both adventurous and deeply restorative. The host went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable, offering thoughtful touches and incredible recommendations. It was the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and pura vida. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had.

The place was as described, in a tranquil location and well appointed. Christopher was very responsive and always available. we had a couple of issues due to the hot weather but he fixed issues ASAP and provided good instructions. we particularly enjoyed the daily visits of the two resident iguanas!

Christopher's house was great! Best was the pool. Our daughters loved playing and swimming there. Christopher was always super easy to reach and gave us good tips on shopping, dining, and much more. In the house was everything you need. The only minor drawback was that some things needed a bit of maintenance/repair. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied and would come back anytime. The location is super private, and the animals in the immediate vicinity (monkeys, birds, iguanas, and more) were great.

We loved our stay! The location is amazing with many restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The house is beautiful with lots of space. There was a bit of miscommunication with the check in but Christopher was very responsive and resolved the issue immediately. Would definitely come back again.
