This is one of the nicest apartments we’ve ever stayed in! It completely matched the photos and was very spacious and comfortable and the security was very good. It was also very close to Provenza and a large number of restaurants, so the walkability was outstanding. The only advice I would give is to bring ear plugs since we generally get to bed early (10 pm) and it can have some noise going on outside past midnight, especially on weekends. There is also some construction going on during the days in surrounding buildings, but we were generally gone at that time exploring Medellin so it didn’t really affect us. With that said, we would absolutely stay here again as it was such a nice place and Rick, Sebastian and Laura were great hosts! Our stay was early October 2026.

Great location and a clean, spacious apartment with plenty of room to relax or entertain guests. The apartment is well-equipped for longer stays, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a dedicated office area for working remotely. A few things to keep in mind: it can get noisy at night, especially on weekends, the elevator is quite small, and toiletries are not provided in the bathroom. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Felt right at home! As someone that visits Colombia often this listing is everything you need, centrally located so you aren't far from restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, also made you feel super safe. The listing is peaceful and quiet and you won't second guess your comfort or worried about being in an area where you have to look over your shoulder. Will be back

Amazing place! Amazing bedrooms, kitchen and open spaces. The most beautiful location. Walkable to all restaurants and bars but secluded enough to be private. Rick and Laura were very accommodating and and responsive. Looking forward to coming back

Highly Recommended – Best Stay in Colombia! Our family of four had an absolutely incredible stay here. Out of all the places we’ve stayed during our 3-month journey across South America, this was hands-down the most comfortable and complete accommodation. What we loved: • The Space & Comfort: The apartment is incredibly spacious with a great, thoughtful design. The beds are amazingly comfortable—we got some of our best nights' sleep here in weeks! • Location: Perfectly walkable and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. • The Staff: The cleaning staff does an excellent job, and the doormen were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A quick tip for future guests: The neighborhood is lively, and you can hear some noise from the nearby bars at night. However, it wasn't an issue for us—we just popped in some earplugs, and between those and the stellar beds, we slept like babies.

Ive stayed here twice and its amazing penthouse you don’t hear much noise. The security are friendly and understanding. I wish I could stay longer but it’s always booked up. Walkable to provenza and lleras I will defo be back
