The Space

Stunning Villa is a two-story property featuring colonial architecture, contemporary furnishings, and stone floors throughout. Rich mahogany wood casings, ceilings, and shutters reflect the style of Spanish colonial design, while the high-end furnishings provide a modern touch.

The villa includes:

The first floor contains one bedroom suite with a king bed, the living room, dining room, social bathroom, and kitchen. The second floor has two additional bedroom suites, each with two twin beds that can be configured as a matrimonial bed, plus a pull-out nest with a full-thickness mattress.

The villa is located within Casa del Santisimo, a six-villa luxury complex in one of the best neighborhoods of the Old City. The complex offers 24-hour security, a shared courtyard plunge pool, and a large, lush courtyard filled with tropical vegetation.

The location places you close to the Old City's restaurants, bars, and shops.

Cleaning

The cleaning fee covers end-of-stay cleaning. Guests staying longer than four days receive cleaning service every third day. Additional services are available à la carte.

Please bring a portable music speaker.

Guest Access

Guests receive a key to the villa but not to the complex's street entrance. A doorman is available 24 hours a day to provide access to the complex.

For security reasons, all guests must present identification before entering. Unregistered visitors may not enter the complex without prior written approval and arrangements.

Additional Information

1. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have beds that can be configured as either twin beds or matrimonial beds, depending on guests' needs. Each room also includes a pull-out nest with a full-thickness mattress for larger groups. Unless requested otherwise, the beds are arranged as matrimonial beds. Guests can change the configuration themselves by sliding out the removable nightstand and moving the beds together or apart.
2. A portable crib is available upon request.
3. The villa is non-smoking. Smoking inside the unit will incur a $200 cleaning charge.
4. Late check-outs that have not been arranged in writing in advance will incur a $50 charge for each half-hour of delay.
5. Illegal activities are not permitted within the complex.
6. Nightlife in the Old City may continue late into the night. Because residential areas are located near bars and restaurants, noise is possible throughout the Old City. In the event of excessive noise, notify the doorman and property manager immediately so the police can enforce local noise ordinances. Refunds will not be provided due to noise.
7. The door locks are security locks, so keys cannot be duplicated. If keys are lost, the entire lock must be replaced and the replacement cost will be charged to the guest.
