Nos encantó nuestra experiencia en este rancho. Todo estuvo excelente, especialmente el servicio, que fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. El lugar es muy bonito, agradable y perfecto para pasar un buen rato. Nuestra estadía en la casa de playa fue excelente. Desde nuestra llegada, todo se encontraba muy limpio, ordenado y en perfectas condiciones. Las habitaciones eran cómodas, muy limpias y organizadas, al igual que los baños y las demás áreas de la casa. La atención de Abygail fue excepcional; siempre estuvo muy atenta, amable y proactiva para ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. María también estuvo pendiente de nuestras dudas y respondió siempre con mucha rapidez y amabilidad. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy agradable. Recomendamos totalmente este alojamiento y esperamos regresar pronto.

Todas las instalaciones están en muy buen estado tal como se ve en las fotografías, abitaciones, cocina piscina muy bien super limpias. La anfitriona Abby muy amable nos atendió super bien, estubo en todo momento. Sin duda regresaremos.

¡Excelente experiencia! Todo estuvo muy bien durante nuestra estancia. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el aire acondicionado, pero la atención fue de primera: enviaron a un técnico de inmediato y lo solucionaron rápidamente. El personal es sumamente amable y atento en todo momento. Nos vamos muy satisfechos y definitivamente nos gustaría regresar. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

My family stayed at this ranch for two nights. If you are thinking about renting it, I recommend looking up reviews on Google before making a decision. the experience was very disappointing. The rooms smelled strongly of mildew and urine, and they were dusty. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided in each bathroom. The kitchen was also neglected; the cabinets were falling apart, and there were ants. The kitchen air conditioning could only be turned on during mealtime, so the rest of the house was extremely hot—practically an oven. The pool was dirty, and the hammock area was covered in bird droppings. One of the bedroom doors was broken and wouldn't close. Additionally, stray dogs wandered onto the property, and the outdoor showers didn't work. Overall, cleanliness was poor, and the ranch clearly lacked maintenance. Despite this, there were many rules for guests—including a requirement to leave the house clean before checking out, or else a $30 cleaning fee would. I don’t recommend
