Nice safe place located in a barillo but slightly off-center in the center of Granada (10 minutes walk). The pool is small but very nice and clean. The condo apartments are not equipped at the kitchen level (dishes and utensils and pots) and there is no range hood to escape the cooking smell. The people at the hotel are very attentive. Parking is easy, right in front of the hotel on the street.

The staff at this location was worth its weight in gold. They were beyond amazing and accommodating. They worked with our check in window and prepared breakfast/coffee earlier than the designated time. The gentleman that works in the evenings and early morning hours was friendly and tremendously helpful. The hotel was clean and in a great location. Close to everything you would need. Would stay here again!

Plaza Marbella is a wonderful place to stay! It is on a pretty quiet street but close enough to the square to walk to all restaurants. All of the staff was kind and accommodating. The room, pool area, and eating area were all very clean and well kept. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We will definitely stay here again when in Granada next time!

This is a manific place to stay. Very clean, location amazing..walking distance to everything. The space is more than enough for a single family and evernything you need is provided. A typical Nicaraguan breakfast is included for all the party, you can tell was prepared with love. The best part is the staff so caring and lovely people always with a smile
