The villa features seven luxurious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and access to an outdoor area. Its rooftop patio is an ideal spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset views.

Modern Mexican architecture complements the relaxed beachfront setting. Sleek lines and a classic black-and-white color scheme create an elegant contrast with the sandy beach terrace, tropical greenery, and mature palm trees. Wide openings allow fresh ocean breezes and natural light to flow throughout the interiors.

An open-concept floor plan makes Casa Napa well suited to hosting groups of up to fourteen guests. For added privacy, the property also includes a home gym, steam room, media room, wet bar, and rooftop terrace.

The villa is equipped with high-quality electronics, indoor and outdoor systems, Wi-Fi, Apple and satellite television, and modern appliances. Both the formal dining room and alfresco dining area seat all fourteen guests. Additional spaces, including the breakfast bar and rooftop terrace, offer more room for casual meals and entertaining.

Active guests can enjoy two swimming pools, kayaks, snorkeling equipment, a volleyball net, and calm, clear waters suitable for swimming. Scuba diving and kite-surfing excursions are available within a fifteen-minute drive.

For a cultural experience, visit the Mayan Ruins of Tulum and explore the history of the Riviera. Golfers can play at Riviera Maya Golf Course, known for its scenic oceanside fairways and views of Mexico’s rugged coastline.
