This private estate is a 25-minute drive from Tamarindo and approximately one hour from Liberia International Airport. Several nearby beaches are within a 15-minute drive, including:

The Estate
Set on a 300-hectare private jungle estate, the property offers ocean views and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Costa Rica. The grounds include:
- Approximately 400 mango trees that produce fruit four times a year
- Hiking trails
- Horseback riding
- Off-road trails
- Jungle, ocean, and pool views
The estate accommodates large groups and events, with support available through Swell Costa Rica.

Main King Suite
The spacious main king suite includes approximately 700 square feet of living space and features:

Just outside the suite, a rosewood wraparound porch provides a comfortable gathering space with:

The porch offers 360-degree views of the jungle, ocean, and pool.
Upper-Level Living Area
The upstairs living room and kitchen feature an open-concept layout. A king loft overlooks the living area from the third floor.
Four Additional King Suites
The lower first floor includes four large king suites, each with its own terrace:
- Two suites have jungle views.
- Two suites overlook the pool and ocean.
New King Suite
Built in 2023, the new king suite combines modern comforts with expansive views. It includes:
- Approximately 800 square feet of space
- King bed
- New soaking tub
- Separate shower
- Large private terrace
- Three twin outdoor beds or a sitting area
- Ocean and jungle views in every direction
Dining and Outdoor Gathering Areas
A second kitchen and dining area, updated in 2023, is located below the new suite. This space is designed for group gatherings and includes:
- Barbecue
- Fire pit
- Cool breezes
- Views of the starry night sky
Private chefs and live music can also be arranged through Swell Costa Rica.

Such an amazing location! In the jungle surrounded by nature. Lots of cool hangout spots throughout the entire property. The guest house was my favorite. Thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious and comfortable bedroom and morning views. Hosts that receive you when you arrive. Kristin and Philippe I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for our group! Forever grateful and appreciative of your help and quick response to our groups needs on this trip. Highly recommend this Airbnb and these incredible hosts!

Kristin was fantastic host, and the place is absolutely amazing. She was very responsive and proactive in helping plan the trip. The house is rather remote but this is what we wanted, far from resorts and crowds. My best advice is follow her recommendations, the private onsite chef we booked through her was phenomenal, and more affordable than cooking ourselves, the sunset private cruise we booked through her was perfect. This place is a total vibe. The staff came through every other day to clean rooms and the property, and were super helpful when we needed anything. Amazing views, amazing house, amazing food, it was well you guessed it, an amazing trip. We will definitely be back!

The Farm is Amazing ! the pictures do not do it justice to be honest. this place is a bit of the beaten path (~30 mins from Tamarindo) but from watching the sunrise over the mountains from the loft/yoga platform area while listening to the birds morning song, to the vast greenery and ocean view while while taking a nice dip in the beautiful infinity pool, to the nightsky scenery where you will see more stars than you ever had (and trust me I have traveled the world 🌎) , all where BREATHTAKING ! There are 6 individual bedroom suites, all with their own bathroom and comfy king size beds, as well as air-conditioning, an outdoor and an indoor kitchen and a private chef that you can arrange (and oh you should cause she is amazing as well!). Wrap around huge balcony area, a number of lounge areas and hammocks by the pool, stereo system and much more. Everythingabout this house is a WHOLE VIBE ! Has everything you need.
