The House

The house is designed for comfort in warm, humid climates. Its Mediterranean-inspired style blends wood, stone, and ceramic with the surrounding landscape.

High ceilings and open spaces encourage airflow, while natural light fills the interiors. White, green, blue, and terracotta tones create a calm atmosphere, complemented by mosaics, airy textiles, and tropical greenery.

Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy: 12 guests, including children
• Up to two infants under 2 years old may stay in a crib or share a bed with their parents
• All guests and visitors must be registered at least three days before arrival with their full name and identification number

Daily cleaning is not included during your stay in order to respect your privacy. Trusted personnel can be recommended if you require additional cleaning services.

Villa Piña is located within a private, family-oriented gated community governed by condominium regulations. Peace, rest, and respectful coexistence are priorities.

This property is not suitable for:

• Noisy gatherings in the pool or jacuzzi at night

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. The administration and security staff may issue warnings, impose penalties, or request the termination of a stay in cases of non-compliance.

The villa is best suited to families, couples, and guests who want to relax, spend quality time together, and enjoy nature peacefully.

Accessibility and Stairs

The house has multiple levels and stairs, which may be challenging for families with very young or highly active children and for guests with reduced mobility. Extra caution is recommended when staying with young children.

Pool Maintenance for Longer Stays

For stays longer than five nights, the pool may require deep cleaning and disinfection after the fifth night, depending on water-quality measurements and the level of use.

• The process is carried out overnight
• The pool may be unavailable for approximately 14 hours
• This treatment is necessary to maintain hygiene and safety standards

Weather and Insects

The villa is surrounded by a natural tropical ecosystem, so encountering insects is normal. The property is fumigated daily and has ultrasonic repellents throughout the house, but additional precautions are recommended.

• Use insect repellent, especially between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., when gnats are most active
• Consult your doctor before the trip regarding the use of thiamine for eight days before your stay
• Be prepared for intense heat or heavy rainfall, both of which are common in the region
