The Space

This luxurious 3-bedroom beachfront condo is located within the exclusive Diamante Golf Resort. It features a large terrace with a Jacuzzi hot tub, outdoor gas BBQ grill, four lounger chairs, and a teak dining table for six. The terrace offers stunning views of the beach and ocean, with front-row whale watching during the season and breathtaking sunsets visible from the master bedroom, kitchen, and living room.

The studio master suite includes a smaller private terrace with even closer ocean, beach, and sunset views, furnished with two comfortable outdoor chairs. Two portable Sonos Move speakers are available for use on the terraces or inside the condo.

Inside, the living room boasts an 85-inch TV and a full Sonos sound system, including a Sonos Arc soundbar, subwoofer, and two rear Sonos Era 300 speakers. The main kitchen is fully equipped with condiments, spices, cooking utensils, a blender, toaster, panini press, pasta pot, and more. It also features a Nespresso station with a milk frother (stocked with pods) and a drip coffee machine.

The studio master suite has a functional kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, cooktop, and essentials, including its own Nespresso station with milk frother.

There is a powder room (half bathroom) adjacent to the laundry closet and main kitchen. The laundry closet contains a standard stacked washer and dryer, along with quality detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets.

Air conditioning, artwork, and comfortable furnishings are provided throughout the condo.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

• Each bedroom has a king-size bed with extra sheets, blankets, plush robes, and luxury bedding.
• Every bedroom includes a 55-inch TV with hotel cable and a Sonos system; both master bedrooms also have a Sonos Mini Sub.
• Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
• The master bathroom features a separate toilet area, dual vanity sinks, a lighted vanity mirror, and a makeup mirror.
• The guest bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, lighted vanity mirror, and makeup mirror.
• The studio master bathroom also has dual vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower, and lighted vanity and makeup mirrors.
• Bathroom essentials such as toothpaste, feminine products for emergencies, plush towels (including oversized), and black makeup washcloths are provided.

The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a terrace adjoining the main terrace and Jacuzzi hot tub.

The condo is stocked with many extras to ensure a comfortable stay, reflecting items the owners wish they had while traveling. Guest feedback is welcomed to continually improve the experience.

Guest Access and Amenities

As a guest of the Ocean Club Residence Condo (OCR), you have access to Diamante’s luxury facilities and amenities, including:

• On-site pool with pool bar and restaurant (free access).
• The 10-acre saltwater Crystal Lagoon with swimming areas, hot tub Jacuzzi, paddle boards, kayaks, pedal boats, ping pong, and volleyball—all free of charge.
• Towels provided at the lagoon.
• Amigo’s Restaurant at the lagoon offers nightly specials and excellent pizzas.
• A kid-friendly water park with a snack bar and free access to the kid’s club.
• Free access to the putting course, putting greens, and driving ranges (appropriate attire required).
• Diamante Spa services are available with fees and recommended reservations.
• Access to six restaurants within Diamante, including:
  • Sports Bar (open breakfast through dinner)
  • Izzy’s Restaurant (dinner from 5 PM)
  • The Market 24-hour restaurant
  • Amigo’s Restaurant at the lagoon
  • Ocean Club Restaurant at the OCR
  • The Woods Restaurant at El Cardonal Clubhouse, featuring a special lunch menu with discounted prices from 3 PM to 5:30 PM and dinner menu from 5:30 PM onward (fees and reservations apply).

You can enjoy all these dining options without leaving Diamante.

• Health and Fitness Center access (fees may apply, approximately $18 USD per day) with daily group classes such as Dynamic Hatha Yoga, Boot Camp, Mat Pilates, Functional Training, Pilates Reformer, SUP Yoga, Body Sculpt, Spinning, and more.
• Facilities include private classes, pickleball court, tennis courts, lap pool, hot tub, and a half basketball court.
• Access to three championship golf courses:

Reservations and additional fees apply for all golf courses. Diamante’s Golf Academy is also available for an extra charge.

The condo offers optional shopping services to fully stock the kitchen and living areas, saving you time and enhancing the home-away-from-home experience. Transportation to and from the airport, assistance with golf, spa, and activity reservations are also available.

The Jacuzzi hot tub on the terrace is included in the nightly rate with no additional fees. It is cleaned and refilled after each stay, with the heater and circulation pumps running continuously to maintain temperature. If you prefer not to use the Jacuzzi, please inform the host to receive a discount on your rental.

Access to the Health and Fitness Center includes tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, a full gym, and group classes. Some classes may require additional payment directly to the facility.

Golf fees for the two championship courses are approximately $500 USD per round per player, plus a mandatory $25 caddie fee (plus tip). This includes food, beverages, and a golf cart during play. The Oasis Short Course costs about $30 per round per player.
