- Owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior and any damages

The verification process includes choosing between:
- Paying a refundable security deposit (with a non-refundable 2% processing fee), or

Completing the TRUVI verification and selecting either the deposit or damage waiver is mandatory before arrival. Failure to do so may result in denied access and forfeiture of the rental without refund.

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION. SAFE. PRIVATE. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE POOL IS FREEZING COLD. SO I NEVER GOT TO FULLY ENJOY IT. OTHER THAN THAT. IT WAS GREAT

We had a great time, the ocean view is awesome and the beach and marina are within walking distance. There are several good restaurants in the area and a supermarket 5 minutes away with a wide selection of gluten free items (I'm a Celiac). The unit is well furnished, clean and very quiet. Enjoyed watching the sunsets over the ocean on the second floor balcony. Would definitively return again.!

Great view, central location, responsive hosts. The apartment is perfect to have a place near the beach with all that you need to cook your own food and relax on the balcony. It’s not overly fancy, but we weren’t looking for that. Great value for the price and a wonderful visit to Playa Flamingo!!

El apartamento se encuentra bien ubicado, es un residencial con seguridad en la entrada únicamente pero en general es seguro. La vista es agradable, el mar y playa flamingo. Es una ubicación estratégica dado que la playa está muy cerca, hay supermercados y restaurantes a poca distancia.. ya sea en carro e inclusive a pie. Los cuartos son amplios, la sala y cocina de buen tamaño también. Si debo mencionar que durante nuestra estancia nos hicieron falta utensilios de cocina, puede estar mejor equipado. Habían trabajos (reparaciones) en proceso por lo que en uno de los cuartos olía a humedad, el baño y otras áreas como en la cocina faltaba pintura y acabados pero son mejoras rápidas realmente eran trabajos no completados. De los problemas que tuvimos (cambio de sabanas e internet), debo decir que las soluciones fueron inmediatas e inclusive recibimos una pequeña cortesía para compensar los inconvenientes. Muy atinados y de buena respuesta. Amables en todo momento y sobre todo, rápidos en resolver. Un 10 en esto. La piscina no la utilizamos, aunque estaba con buen mantenimiento.. la ubicación puede que no invite mucho dado que es contiguo al parqueo, pero es un asunto de gustos. En general bien en este punto. En general, el lugar esta bien.. consideraría quedarme de nuevo, mas no seria mi primera opción.

El departamento queda estratégicamente cerca de las playas más lindas de Guanacaste. Es amplio, está muy bien amoblado/equipado y hasta fueron a hacer la limpieza de manera profesional durante nuestra estadía. Los únicos inconvenientes que tuvimos fueron con la conexión de Wifi (que solucionaron rápidamente) y el cargo extra de 20 $USD en efectivo por hacer check in después de las 6 pm. Special Places of Costa Rica fue bastante amable y buen anfitrión, aunque pudo mejorar la comunicación. De todos modos, seguramente volveríamos a hospedarnos en Sunset Heights.
