The Space

Casa Natura is a charming two-story Mediterranean-style villa spanning 3,800 square feet. It offers four bedrooms and six bathrooms (four full and two half), comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool overlooking the golf course, an outdoor area with a grill, and ample seating for relaxing or entertaining.

The design integrates a linear and zen aesthetic that blends seamlessly with the tropical Guanacaste landscape. The main floor boasts an open layout with a spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen. The sleeping quarters are separate, consisting of three bedroom suites each with private bathrooms; two of these suites include walk-in closets. Between the social and sleeping areas, there is a family room and a guest bathroom.

On the first floor, there are three full bathrooms (one for each bedroom) and two half bathrooms—one located in the living room and another near the pool area. The second floor contains one full bathroom. The backyard adjoins the pool area and overlooks a beautiful green field. The large pool offers plenty of space for entertaining, and the terrace is furnished for outdoor enjoyment. While there is no fence, the property ensures full privacy.

Casa Natura is situated within Hacienda Pinilla, Costa Rica's premier beachfront golf and equestrian community. This expansive 4,500-acre property lies along the renowned Gold Coast and features three miles of pristine beaches, tropical dry forests, nature reserves, and riding trails.

The villa is conveniently located just 15 minutes south of the vibrant town of Tamarindo and less than an hour from Liberia International Airport.

Important Details

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or evidence of disruptive behavior between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and possible legal action.
• Golf carts are not allowed to be parked or charged on-site.
• A damage protection policy is included with your booking, covering accidental damages up to $1,750. Willful or negligent damage will incur additional charges.
• Costa Rica residents using local credit cards will be charged IVA by their bank in addition to Airbnb taxes; this fee is handled directly through the bank.
