Villa Norte is a true beachfront three-bedroom villa with a private pool, spectacular ocean views, fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and professional concierge support. The property is located just minutes from Dominical.

The villa offers casual coastal luxury, with fresh flowers, quality linens and towels, and comfortable furnishings indoors and out. Each bedroom includes air conditioning, a ceiling fan, screened windows, and sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony or terrace.

The ocean-view family room, dining room, and modern kitchen also feature ceiling fans, screened windows, and sliding glass doors leading to the outdoor terrace and private pool. The entire property is surrounded by lush flora and fauna.

Location

Villa Norte is an easy five-minute drive or a picturesque 20-minute walk along the beach to Dominical, a surf town with cafés, shops, and a small, fully stocked grocery store. Uvita is also nearby, just a 15-minute drive away, with additional shops and cafés.

The area has an easygoing atmosphere where people gather to eat, drink, and enjoy life. There are no casinos, high-rise hotels, or all-inclusive resorts. Reliable taxi and food delivery services are also available.

Located in Costa Rica’s southern Pacific zone, Villa Norte offers convenient access without the need for a four-wheel-drive vehicle. While many rental homes in the area are high in the mountains and require four-wheel drive, Villa Norte is virtually on the beach, and any standard car can easily make the journey from San José Airport to the property.

Manuel Antonio National Park is approximately a 45-minute drive away.

Caballitos del Mar Villas

Villa Norte is part of Caballitos del Mar and sits alongside two other beachfront villas: Caballitos del Mar, Villa Central and Villa Sur.

All three villas enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea, as well as their own private pool, balcony, and terrace. Natural landscaping separates the homes and provides each one with a secluded space. The villas may be rented separately or together for a private experience with friends, family, or other groups.

Villa Norte is a complete, standalone home. The driveway is shared with two other homes, but the villa has its own:

The homes are reasonably close together, with landscaping between them to provide privacy.

Things to Note

The area, like the rest of Costa Rica, is known for ecotourism. Popular excursions include:

• Whitewater rafting
• Horseback riding
• Ziplining

Half-day excursions generally cost around $55, while full-day excursions generally cost around $150. You can try a new activity every other day or simply relax by the pool and walk along the beautiful beach.
