Each floor has private parking and entrance, the pool, picnic area and shower bathroom by the pool are shared. The bottom floor is actually the second floor as the bottom level is the pool/picnic. There are tons of fruit trees on site for guests to eat from as well. Daily Housekeeping and full time concierge / personal assistant included in price.
