The Boutique apt was on the 31st floor and has an absolutely gorgeous view. You can see the ocean and the city. The apt is spacious and very comfortable. Not a lot of furniture but enough to be comfortable. Security is on point and the building is very secure. We didn't visit the social area but it looked pretty from above. There were very few pots and pans so if you have a large family that might be a challenge, but for two of us it was ok. I would definitely stay here again, and had I extended my trip I would have stayed there longer!! Again, the view alone makes this apt more than worth it!!

Poor attention, Dirty mattresses without a covertor, dirty and broken couches, there were hairs of people on the floors and beds, air conditioning dripping Water on the floor, bad odor inside the room, there was a backpack and cell phone when entering the room, then without warning 2 cleaners to look for their things, everything was terrible... WE LEFT IN LESS THAN 3 HOURS TO HAVE ARRIVED...

I guess maybe I should have looked at the photos better because I didn't realize it was on the 31st floor and that freaked me out. On the balcony just the glass retainer wall and at one end the bracket was broke and barely held on by one screw so you happen lean against it possibly your dead falling over 300 ft. There were no bedspreads on the bed only sheets and although the kitchen had the basic utensils it only had two pots and no frying pan which I went and bought one myself so the wife could cook. She's not scared of heights but every time she went out on that balcony all I could think about was that bracket being broken and it gave me chills inside. All in all it wasn't bad because we were only there in the evening and at night, but the only suggestion I have is I would advertising the description that it's on the 31st floor because I'm sure there's a lot of people like me that don't want to be up that high.
