As this is a residential area, music and conversations must be kept at a moderate volume so they do not disturb other residents. After midnight, music may not be audible outside the apartment.
Due to health regulations, guests must maintain social distancing and use masks and hand sanitizer in the complex’s common areas.

Apartment with all the basic comforts to spend a few days outside of PTY. It has a very nice swimming pool to spend the day as a family. It also has access to the large white beach pool (2 min walk) and access to the beach 20 min walking. They bring mosquito repellent, it's already an area where they're cannibals!
