It's a spectacular house. We're definitely going to go many more times. Extremely comfortable, cleaner than I've ever seen on Airbnb. I just didn't know there were more cabins. Just take that into account when booking. We like to enjoy privacy with the family. It's not a bad thing, just something to consider. Everything is spectacular 👌🏽 1000 out of 10

The place is very nice. It is very spacious and has everything you need to be comfortable. As for the location, it's very close to downtown Huasca. You can even walk there. Regarding the use of the Jacuzzi, although the reservation said it was included, we were told that they could not turn it on and it was dirty. And on the stairs there were traces of cement and we were told they would clean it, but they never did. Overall, it's a great place to stay. They could just improve a couple of details.

It's really sad. We booked the place for my birthday weekend, and she never responded to us, even though we sent messages weeks in advance. Then, on the day we arrived, we had to go to the house to find out about the stay, and when we got there, we found that there was no one there to assist us, but the house was rented out. A property manager came and told us that there was a leak, but later, Estefanía responded and said that there was no water—so, it was all lies. The truth is that the place was overbooked, and the person from the management company confirmed that the house does not belong to Estefanía; she acts as an intermediary. We called from several phone numbers about 20 times, and there was never an answer. With this problem on top of everything else, the only thing we could do was contact Airbnb, which canceled the reservation. However, the cancellation fee is supposed to be refunded to us within 15 to 30 business days. I had used the app for a long time without any issues, but this time it was very disappointing.
