House Rules

1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. You may message the host to coordinate another arrival time, subject to availability.
2. Check-out is by 12:00 p.m. Please place all trash in sealed bags and leave it in the residential dumpster near the security gate. Return the keys to the lockbox at the main entrance on the right.
3. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Do not discard cigarette butts or trash on the ground, in green areas, or in common areas. Violations may result in an immediate fine of USD 400 to USD 1,200, depending on the severity and recurrence.
4. Parties and events are not permitted without the host’s express authorization.
5. Unregistered guests are not permitted to enter the property.
6. Loud noise and high-volume music are prohibited after 10:00 p.m.
7. Pets are allowed only if they are trained, clean, and supervised. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
8. Use all furniture, appliances, and utensils properly, and leave them in the same condition in which they were provided.
9. Turn off lights, fans, and appliances when leaving the property or when they are not in use.
10. Any damage, loss, or misuse of the property or its belongings will result in an additional charge based on the replacement or repair cost.
11. Do not throw trash into rivers, lakes, or trails. Park violations may result in fines exceeding USD 2,000.
12. The host reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a stay. Violations of these rules or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

• Access is convenient and suitable for sedans.
• As the property is located in the mountains, brief power outages may occasionally occur during certain seasons.
• Due to residential regulations, yellow taxis are not permitted. Only private vehicles may enter.
• The property does not have hot water. Please consider this before booking to ensure the accommodations meet your needs.
