Important Information

Los Cabos is a growing resort area, and construction may occur at any time without notice. Cabo Villas has no control over construction projects or their schedules but will do its best to assist if construction causes an inconvenience.

House Rules

• The minimum age for all guests is 25, excluding children traveling with their parents.
• Unauthorized parties and events are not permitted.
• Excessive noise is prohibited at all times.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• In gated communities, noise or other disruptive behavior after 10:00 p.m. may result in a fine of $1,000–$3,000 after the first warning.
• Warnings apply to the entire stay, not to individual incidents.
• Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning, and guests are fully responsible for payment.
• Resort pools, gyms, and other common areas are reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
• Pets are not permitted in The Ritz-Carlton or West Enclaves common areas.
• Pets are not allowed at the property unless specifically pre-authorized.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Weddings, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and other events are not permitted unless specifically pre-authorized and the required event fee has been paid.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, excessive noise, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are prohibited at all times.

Occupancy Requirements

The total number of guests permitted at the property is limited to the contracted occupancy for each reservation. The renter must disclose the total number of people in the group and provide the name of every guest. See the property rules for additional terms.

Please list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with their parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Holiday and Spring Break Restrictions

• A seven-night minimum stay applies for December 25 and January 1.
• If the reservation includes both holidays, a 14-night minimum stay is required.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without prior approval. An additional deposit is required.
