The Space

This luxurious single-story home in Hacienda Pinilla features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a private pool. All the woodwork throughout the house is custom crafted by a local carpenter. Each bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning unit for comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen and laundry room provide convenience, while WiFi and smart TVs ensure entertainment for the whole family. (Pre-stocking of groceries is available upon request.)

The main living area is bright and spacious, with an open-plan design combining the living and dining spaces. The dining area can accommodate up to 12 guests, and there is a breakfast bar with seating for four.

The Beach Club

As a guest at Casa Marina, there is a daily non-consumable fee of $5 starting January 2025. Children aged 10 and under are admitted free. Please note the beach club will be closed for maintenance from October 5 to 18, 2026.

Golf Course

The 18-hole, par-72 beachfront golf course provides stunning sunset views, especially from the secluded beachfront hole.

Guests at Casa Marina have access to the JW Marriott Hotel’s various restaurants. Day passes are available for purchase, granting entry to all hotel grounds and amenities.

Playa Mansita and Bonita, near the JW Marriott, feature excellent tide pools during low tide.

Tennis Courts

There are two hard tennis courts on site, with an instructor named Sylvain offering private, semi-private, and group lessons. Regular activities include kids’ camps and pickleball events.

Mountain Bike Trails

Hacienda Pinilla boasts over 45 kilometers of mountain biking trails that wind through ranchland, forest, and coastline. These scenic routes cater to all skill levels, providing adventure and enjoyment for families, beginners, and experienced riders alike.
