Casa Promesa in Sayulita is a newly remodeled, oceanfront luxury townhome with access to a shared pool in the Villas del Palmar condominium complex. Lavish amenities, professional management, high-speed Starlink internet, and an on-site staff member who prepares a continental breakfast every other day help create a comfortable and memorable stay.

The Space

Casa Promesa is a beautiful beachfront property on the quiet, sought-after north end of Sayulita, approximately a 7-minute walk from the plaza. Completely renovated in 2022, the home features modern Mexican design with a focus on comfortable, inviting dining and living areas.

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, the property offers a relaxed setting for enjoying one of Sayulita’s most appealing beachside locations.

This impressive four-bedroom villa sits directly beside the pool and faces the ocean in a prime position within the Villas del Palmar condominium complex. White-sand beaches and the ocean are only a few steps away. The large shared pool is suitable for adults and children of all ages, while on-site 24-hour security helps provide a welcoming and safe environment.

Recently installed Starlink internet provides a strong connection throughout the stay. The home accommodates up to nine guests and is well suited to special celebrations by the beach.

Ground Floor

• Third king-size bed.
• En suite bathroom with an open-air shower and ocean views.
• Expansive private deck with lounge chairs.

Breakfast and Housekeeping

Karina visits the property every other day for a few hours to help keep the home tidy. She also prepares coffee, cuts fresh tropical fruit, and sets out granola and yogurt for a simple continental breakfast.

Her regular schedule is from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. If you would prefer not to have someone at the house, please let the property manager know.

Although most guests stop at a grocery store, please share your preferred type of milk or milk alternative so one can be available for the breakfast items. Options may include:

• Regular milk
• Lactose-free milk
• Almond milk
• Coconut milk
• Oat milk

Please send your preference to the group by text.

A towel exchange can be arranged on the third day of your stay. Towels are not changed more frequently in an effort to conserve water in Sayulita.

Child Safety

Casa Promesa is a wonderful place for families, but children must not be left unattended. The home includes several areas that may be dangerous for unsupervised children, including:

• Open staircases.
• Low-opening windows.
• An open pool that is easily accessible from the back patio door.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house, including a parking space and/or golf cart space in front of the property. They may also use the Villa Palmar private condominium pool, palapa patio areas, and beach access.

The back sliding door opens directly onto a corner of the pool patio area.

Events and Services

The property is a suitable setting for hosting a chef or tequila tasting. To arrange an event, the property manager must be informed of the service provider well before arrival. The property manager may also be able to assist with organizing the service.

Additional Information

Although Casa Promesa is a private residence, it is located within a condominium community with views of the shared pool and beach area.

From May 1 through September 30, construction may take place at neighboring homes within the Villas del Palmar complex.
