The house is located in El Roble, Puntarenas. It is approximately a 50-minute drive from Juan Santamaría International Airport.
On-Site Hosts
A couple resides in a separate house on the property. They are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the garden, open spaces, and pool. Upon arrival, they will welcome you, provide a tour of the house, and explain important details. They also oversee adherence to house rules and handle the check-out process.
Amenities and Rules
- Parking is available for up to five vehicles.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and the thatched roof huts.
- Only one pet is permitted; please review the additional pet policies.
- The swimming pool is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

We loved this place!! It's huge and super nice. They take good care of it. The pool is perfect and the garden space is too. The caretakers of the home were super friendly and gave us the necessary instructions upon arrival, as well as the necessary privacy. The beach is right across the street. This is one of the best places we've traveled to. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much for everything!

Large and beautiful house. There were 13 of us, and we were all very comfortable. The photos don't show how big the property is. Safe for children, even if they come with a pet. I would definitely go back.

Everything is exactly as described. Excellent service from the staff. And great attention from the host. The only thing my family would improve is keeping the 2 cats inside the house, as they get on the table and into the kitchen and eat things. Otherwise, a great place
