EcraAral is a beautiful and comfortable front beach house with 5 bedrooms and 6 complete bathrooms, a pool, open spaces, green areas, kitchen, dinning room, game room and direct access to the beach. Located in a quiet area, at EcraAral you can rest and enjoy local nature and Costa Rican weather, along with your family and friends. Located in El Roble, Puntarenas, driving from Juan Santamaría International Airport should take no more than 50 minutes. The space A couple lives in a separate house on the property. They clean and maintain the garden, open areas, and pool. They will greet you upon arrival and are also in charge of ensuring that the house rules are followed. They will greet you upon arrival, give you a tour of the house, and explain the details. They will also be in charge of receiving the house at the time of your departure. Parking is for a maximum of 5 vehicles. Smoking is completely prohibited inside the house, in the bathrooms, in the rooms, and in the thatched roof huts. Only one pet is allowed, so please take a look at the additional pet rules. Swimming pool schedule is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Guest access When renting you have access to all the amenities of the house, rooms will be enabled according to the amount of guests included in the reservation. Increase the amount of guest after the reservation in completed or after the check- in is not allowed. Visits or guest swap is not allowed. Other things to note Although El Roble is known as a safe area, we can assume no responsibility for your personal belongings, either inside or outside the house. Out of common sense caution, the use of expensive jewelry or costly electronic devices at the beach is not recommended, nor to leave them outside the house at night.

La propiedad es realmente preciosa, bien cuidada y perfecta para compartir en familia. Pablo, el administrador, fue muy atento y comprensivo, especialmente al llegar a un acuerdo por la tenencia de más de una mascota. Sin embargo, la estadía se vio afectada por la falta de privacidad. En la propiedad vive una pareja encargada del cuido que realiza recorridos constantes alrededor de la casa, lo cual resultó incómodo. En uno de los días, cuando ellos no estaban, llegó otra persona externa y pasó observando a mi cuñada mientras dormía en el patio, lo que nos generó mucha incomodidad. El día de la salida, mi hermana descansaba en la sala y vimos al señor que vive en la propiedad mirando hacia el interior, justo donde ella estaba, lo que nuevamente nos hizo sentir falta de privacidad. Aunque doña Yorleny es muy amable, durante las dos noches que estuvimos hubo varias entradas y movimientos de personas ajenas a nuestra familia, visitas personales de ellos, lo cual nos generó inseguridad.

Crazy huge property, the pictures didn't do it justice. The amount of space that was available to us has to be our family record!! Huge amount of space and super awesome pool area. The pool was definitely the highlight. House itself was super peaceful and plenty of room for the 7 of us. Probably had room for 14+ easily. Finding English speaking people was our hardest thing. The property Manager spoke very little and it was hard to find people that did! Pablo speaks english just fine though and was very accessible. Felt super safe and had an absolute blast at this home!! Definitely worth it!!

Excelente estadía en el hospedaje de Pablo. La zona verde la tienen súper bonita y la piscina bien limpia y mantenida. Ubicación excelente, cerca de restaurantes y supermercados, además que fue un punto estratégico para encontrarnos entre personas de la GAM y Guanacaste. Las zonas comunes también están muy bien amuebladas lo cual es indispensable para pasar un buen rato al ser un grupo grande. Super recomendado, y nuestros amigos y familiares quedaron súper contentos.

excelentes instalaciones, muy verde lo que le da mucha frescura por la zona que se encuentra, las instalaciones y habitaciones son muy comodas, ahi muchos supermecados y restaurantes en la zona, lo cual es un buen plus.
