NO WIFI. Check in instructions require you to find a security guard who isn’t posted if the office is closed to get in. When we finally found them after an hour he didn’t have the keys or any way for us to check in. Evolve did not get back to us till the next morning via text. I called the evolve line and they require a zip code registered to your booking to be able to get through. We’re from Canada and postal codes have letters. So the call got disconnected. We also reached out to our “local contact” Jim and received no responses from them to help us check in. I reached out to him to say hi the night prior as well and received no response back. The team did not proactively reach out about our stay at any point in time or care that we were checking in that day. Wouldn’t recommend this stay to any one. Could have been fine if they were responsive. But they were an unreliable host and stay.

Awesome location overlooking the Marina. Excellent property, perhaps my best stay in Cabo. Everything was as expected. Washer and dryer in the unit. Walkable location with a cab stand nearby if you need a ride. Great restaurants nearby.

This condo has a great view of the marina. It is walking distance to just about everything and has enough space for a group to travel. I would stay here again if I go back to cabo

We enjoyed an amazing stay at Plaza Nautica. Very safe and secure with a full time security guard and all the amenities to enjoy a great stay. The pool and the gym area were particularly fun. The Airbnb was clean with fully functional AC that was much needed after being out and about throughout the scorching days. The lobby staff were very friendly and helped us book our excursions at a discounted rate. They were so accommodating and happy to see us as we walked by every time during our stay. Highly recommended and will likely be back in the future!
